Drug store Haul

I felt this was needed after my recent high end haul post, so we can talk about products which are a lot more accessible.

I have to admit, many of these prodcuts are products many are talking about, and I admit I caved and went out and got them, just so I could understand what all the hype was about.

First, as mentioned in another post, is the Collection Lasting Perfection 16 Hour Wear concealer. At £4, this is a total steal. I often use concealer to cover up blemishes, but find that it comes off, as I have very oily skin- especially in the Summer! This stuff Will. Not. Budge. At all. FINALLY! I am just so happy to have found a concealer that really works on my skin, and will last almost the whole day.

The next is a mascara. I fell in love with Loreal's Millionaire Lashes a few years ago, and I won't use anything else. This is my ride or die mascara and I would have to find a blooming good one to change my mind. What I love about this mascara is that it doesn't clump and it gives all my lashes a perfect even coat of product. I will admit, I'm not as fond of the waterproof formula as this does clump a fair bit, so I am on the look out for a good waterproof one- please leave any suggestions below!

I also got myself a new Real Techniques Blush brush, as I had a bit of an incident with my old one and a hair drier. I feel you can put two and two together! As soon as I opened the new brush and started using it, I completely remembered why I love Real Techniques SO much. The bristles are just the softest thing and the products just go on really nicely and evenly when I use them. I would say that they are on the more expensive side of drug store brushes, as you can easily pay £10 for one brush, but I feel that the sets are really good deals as many are £20, and come with at least three brushes, if not more.

My next purchase I am beyond happy about- I finally got my hands on Zoella's Christmas "Secret Scenta" gift set. It is too cute for words. I love the fact that you get all four of her fragrances, in super adorable miniatures. I am one happy bunny and can't wait to try to get more of the collection.

So this brings me to the end of my drug store haul, hopefully you have enjoyed reading about the few bits and bobs that I have picked up.
As always, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or recommendations, I truely love hearing from you guys! x
