I feel like I say this at the end of every month- but where is the time going?! I don't know about you, but I feel like I'm really losing track at the moment, it doesn't help that this is a busy time of year Uni wise. And yet, here we are again for another favourites post.
I love both reading and writing his types of posts, maybe because I'm a little nosy and curious and want to hear what other have been loving, and yet they seem to be dying out!
Anyway, on to what I've been loving in the month of February. This month has been full of my trying, and loving, a fair few new things from all different categories.
Clothing wise, I have two favourites: My grey blanket scarf, from H&M and my cosy grey lounge top from Gilly Hicks- I know, I need to come away from grey. I can't help it, it's just so easy to wear! The winds have been crazy over the past few weeks, even before Doris came and paid us a visit, and even now after she's left. So, these two have been awesome at keeping my warm and cosy while I brace the winds.
The next two will actually be a part of another post that will be up later this week, but I thought I would start sharing my love of them now! It's Soap & Glory's Scrub of your Life body buffer and Butter Yourself body butter. Surely you all know by now that I'm a brand ambassador for Soap & Glory, but I will say now- this post is not sponsored by them, I genuinely love these two. They are now my dream team to getting super soft, smooth skin and they both smell incredible. I've even got my boyfriend giving them a go. Keep an eye out for my third Spring Clean post with Soap & Glory over the weekend- these two will definitely be in there.
Beauty-wise, I haven't tried that much new, and if I have it's too early to tell what I think of it. But. I have two beauty favourites for you. The first is Mario Badescu's Rosewater, aloe and Herb spray. I know, I'm pretty late to this party, but I love this stuff. It's awesome to use as a prep/ primer when doing your makeup while also giving your skin a little boost. It is fairly pricey for the full sized bottle, and I've heard that H&M have a dupe, so I will let you guys know if I think it is! In the meantime, I'll keep going with Mario's.
The next and last is Soap & Glory's Kick Ass translucent powder. If you read my Spring makeup post with them, then you would have already heard me go on about this. Again, this was kindly sent to my, but I truly love it. It doesn't make you look cakey or too matte, it's just so good at giving that natural matte look I always try to aim for. It also has this cool technology which helps to blur imperfections which are perfect for when you're getting over some spots.
What have you been loving recently? I always love hearing from you all so be sure to let me know! Hope you've all been having a good week x
