April Favourites

April has been a fairly busy month. I've finished uni, been travelling and had a fair amount to sort out! So, my favourites might be a bit odd! Also, is it me or does it feel like it has been a while since I've done monthly favourites!?

Anyway, let's get on into it...

Over the past month, I've been making a serious effort to look after my hands and nails, after neglecting them and biting them for so long and I find the best way for me to do that is to moisturise them and paint them so I'm not tempted to nibble...
While away in Dubai, my sister took me to Sephora, since she knows just how much I love going in there since we don't have one in the UK- why don't we have one in the UK?- and I came across the Nails Inc. Breathable range and knew I needed one. Especially in this gorgeous shade, Hampton Mews! It's a gorgeous purple/ grey shade that seems like a cute take on the neutrals that are always so popular.

Keeping on the whole hand's thing, oils have been my saviours since coming home and having seriously dry, cracked hands. Especially the Skinesis Overnight Hand and Nail Treatment. It sinks in quickly, so you don't feel greasy, and wake up with nourished soft hands. And also the packaging is super cute...

Oddly, that's it for my beauty favourites this month! So let's get into the other little random bits.

Since April was so busy, as is May and June, I thought I needed to step up my organisation game. I find I'm more likely to use a diary or any form of stationery if it's pretty- sue me! So I love walking round T K Maxx and seeing if they have any cute bits, they did. I got this really cute Kate Spade planner for only £4.99- a complete bargain, and it's perfect for sorting out appointments and meetings etc.
I also got my hands on this lovely desktop planner, by Rifle Paper Co. They're normally difficult to get here in the UK, but I found this site called Papermash which sells all sorts of stuff from them and ship to you super quickly! So both have been so handy, and I've loved having them look so pretty on my desk.

My last won't come as a surprise if you follow me on social media... this bag. I love it. I came across it while shopping in Stradivarius in Dubai with my sister, and we both fell in love. I didn't know they shipped to the UK until a couple of weeks after getting back and immediately ordered the bag. It's just so cute, and makes quite a statement, while still embracing the embroidery trend (I'm loving that as well)! It's the perfect size to fit everything I need as well, so would definitely recommend.

There we have it, my April Favourites! Be sure to let me know what you've been loving this month, and don't forget to follow me on Bloglovin' and Instagram

  1. I'm a former nail biter, too. I also found that painting my nails helped a lot- as well as putting yucky tasting nail polish on my nails!

That bag is stunning! I love the floral detail!

    Happy month ahead!
